Ending The Lee Valley Tax

Richard-Tracey01

Intro

The Lee Valley Park is a 26-mile regional park located in parts of north east London, Hertfordshire and Essex. Since its establishment in 1967, the Park has been funded by a levy (the Lee Valley Tax), which was £8.7 million in 2012, from all London boroughs. This project intends the park to operate independently through a variety of methods allowing London boroughs to invest in park their constituents can use.
